Gold Award Winner 2010 Marketing Plus™ Competition sponsored by National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) and Xerox
This competition acknowledges and recognizes printing companies that have created and produced successful marketing campaigns and collateral for the self-promotion of their companies.
Ripon Printers was the sole recipient of the Gold Award in the Vertical Markets category for printers with more than $2 million in annual sales. Our award-winning campaign focused on the small to mid-size catalog market. Key elements of the integrated, multichannel campaign included a series of print and banner ads run in Multichannel Merchant magazine, a series of "Tips" booklets used for inquiry fulfillment, a website revamp, a trade show booth and show promotional materials.
Entries in this category consisted of campaigns to promote company core competencies and services specifically relevant to identified vertical markets and positioning the company as an effective market leader in these market segments.
Platinum "RAVE" Award From National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL)
NAPL established the RAVE Award in recognition of those printing and graphic communications companies with superior customer relationships based on their performance in the survey's Quality Comppetitiveness Index (QCI). QCI is a measurement of a company's bottom-line customer satisfaction, indexed against the scores of its best competition.
Ripon Printers joined a very small and elite roster of exceptional printing companies around the country whose bottom line customer satisfaction scores for the past year are more than 10 percent higher than their competitors' scores of the NAPL Competitiveness eKG™ survey.
"This is an outstanding achievement, one which can only come from a willingness to let your customers be the judges of your performance, and to hold your entire organization accountable to those customers," said NAPL President & CEO Joseph P. Truncale in a letter to Ripon Printers.
